In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

‘buyer’ and or ‘customer’ means any legal person
‘contract’ means any contract for the supply of goods or services by the company to the customer.
‘goods’ means any goods forming the subject of this contact including parts and components of or
materials incorporated in them.
‘services’ means any services forming the subject of this contract.

When you place an order on-line you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm your order has been received and is being processed immediately. Due to high volumes of traffic if you choose to place an order over the phone or by e-mail we will try to get back to you with confirmation of your order as quickly as possible.
PRICES
All prices quoted on CMS Packaging website are the prices you the customer pay. On our website we aim only to display items, which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. However if for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer you an upgraded item as a replacement, or you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid.
PAYMENT
You can pay with any credit/debit card apart from American express. Your payment details will be encrypted.
We only debit money from your account when we have completed and are ready to dispatch your order.

DELIVERY COSTS
We offer free next day delivery service for orders that are over £34.99. Orders under £34.99 will be delivered with in 2 working days at an additional delivery charge. As soon as your order has been collected we will e-mail you the consignment number to enable you to track your order. We want you to be kept fully informed at all times. If you order offline you will be notified of delivery costs.
Next day delivery is free of charge for orders placed over £34.99.
All orders below this amount will incur a £8.99 carriage fee

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Please note any orders received after midday on Friday are delivered the following Monday. Where a bank holiday weekend occurs all orders placed after midday Friday will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.
Unless otherwise and previously agreed in writing (on each occasion) between CMS Packaging and the customer, acceptance by the customers of goods which have been ordered shall occur upon delivery, or attempted delivery.
If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your goods. Perhaps a shed, garage, porch or neighbour. Other wise you may incur extra costs.
If the customer fails to take delivery during the specified time, CMS Packaging is entitled to consider the order cancelled and charge a re-stock fee, or if agreed in writing CMS Packaging may redeliver, but is entitled to charge a re-delivery fee.
Any date of delivery given by CMS Packaging to the customer shall be an estimate date only and while CMS Packaging will endeavor to comply with such date, CMS Packaging shall not be responsible for late delivery.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, CMS Packaging shall not be liable for late delivery or failure to deliver through any cause which is beyond the reasonable control of CMS Packaging.
Where CMS Packaging offer goods for next day delivery this is on the assumption that the goods are in stock. If at any time a next day delivery order is placed by a customer, but the goods are not available for whatever reason, CMS Packaging shall notify the customer, and rearrange delivery and offer to dispatch on a next day basis at the next available time.
RETURNS
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your products from CMS Packaging. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have ordered. All you need to do to return the goods is to follow the simple steps outlined below.
Please check the removal boxes on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable or missing please contact/return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition. For a full refund less of any postage costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, but we will charge you for the costs involved, unless the product is faulty. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. If you do want us to arrange collection please contact us and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Your statutory lefts remain unaffected.
